Golf Education & Player Development
Golf education is the hallmark of the EWGA and plays a vital role in the success of the organization. Providing golf education to women interested in golf is one of the most important factors in fulfilling our mission.
The Chapter Level EWGA golf education model includes:
- New Golfer Clinics
- Intermediate and Advanced Golfer Clinics
- Mentoring and Transition Programs
- Rules and Etiquette Seminars
- Handicap USGA Index Seminars
- Equipment Seminars/Demo Days
- Golf for Business Seminars

Descriptions:
- Full Swing: Learn fundamentals to a solid swing - grip, posture, swing, finish, and drill. Video is provided.
- Short Game: Concentrate on chipping, pitching, putting and club selection - 50 yards out and in
- Boot Camp: Check fundamentals - posture, grip, alignment, ball position, and swing plane. Unlimited practice ball provided.
Scott Russell, Golf Professional at Dick's at Great Northern Mall, will conduct the following clinics at Dick's at Great Northern Mall.

Marty Nowicki, Golf Professional at Turning Stone Golfers Dome, will conduct the following clinics at Turning Stone's Golf Dome.
Marty will give 20-30 minutes of instruction and demonstration of the golf swing. Then everyone will go to a station to hit balls for the remaining time. Marty will work with each person individually in perfecting your golf swing.
At least eight participants are needed to book his time.
